Just a Useless Post

Just saw this QuickPress thing. I’m actually in the mood of writing something, but the more I write the more I open myself to the world. I’m kind of person who likes to stay hidden, secret, mysterious. It gives the value that sometimes doesn’t even exist.

My life in 2009 has been great. I lost a thing, but I get more things. I have great plans ahead. I will create a lot of things. There’s a saying, programmer is a god in his/her own tiny world. I’m gonna make my world rocks. I will make my world worth seeing, worth being talked, worth living in. It’s not an easy thing to do. It will take years. But, in 2009, the first big step will be taken.

What gives. New year means new resolution. Even tough the resolution is just another resolution you’re planning to do because you failed to do it last year.

Lost …

More than 3 years means nothing if the story stopped. Sometimes, the path you choose is hard, sometimes it seems impossible. But when you have best friend with you, you know you’ll get through it.

Following wordpress.com Update

It seems that wordpress.com is having rapid development inside. Cool. I guess I’ll see more in the next few weeks …

And, gravatar for comments would be very cool

More Feature in WordPress.com?

If I asked what feature do I need in WordPress.com, it would be plugin. Yes, I want to have an ability to use some plugins.

One that I think important for me is Markdown. It would ease me to write post, and make it even faster. It also reduce raw html tag that I have to write during my post writing. Yes I know I can use what’s available now, some button that could be used to prevent typing html . But I hate moving to mouse then to keyboard again then to mouse again when I’m writing something. It will slow my typing speed.

So, then wordpress.com has to provide an upload plugin feature? No. All I need is ability to use plugin, not uploading it. Maybe they could provide some widely used plugins, then we could just pick and activate which plugin do we need.

I’m looking forward for this …

The new …

Amazing. It’s been quite loooong time since my last post here. And WordPress.com is really developed well. One thing I notice, is the bar on top of the page. So, if we’re logged to WordPress.com, we’ll have a bar on top of every *.wordpress.com site. It’s kinda cool!

There are couple links that available in the bar. Our Dashboard, New Entry, Add To Blogroll (only when we’re not in our own blog), Sign Out, Our Account, and the random generated Next Blog.

As far as I know, user bar was used first by Blogger.com. But wordpress.com developer team make it even better.

Anyway, I think I want to update this blog regularly. I still don’t know what to write here, but I believe I’ll find something. About IT in General maybe? Or maybe Linux? Java or PHP would be OK too. One thing for sure, this will be my English language blog.

Why? Because I want to.

I don’t remember when exactly I entered my email to get this blog. Did ever entered my email anyway? Well, I don’t care for now So I follow the link, and I got this blog

Oh, first thing I noticed was the visual rich editor. It was cool, at first. But then I got confused writing using it. The tags generated are dirty and untidy. Well, maybe I just don’t have any ability to use that
